Terms and conditions - Titchfield Haven National Nature Reserve - Day Tickets
1. Customer bookings may be cancelled by notifying the Titchfield National Nature Reserve office in writing to Titchfield.enquiries@hants.gov.uk no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
2. In the event that a customer cancels a booking, the Reserve may propose an alternative date acceptable to the Customer, or if not possible, make a full refund.
3. Hampshire County Council reserve the right to cancel a booking due to adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond the Reserve’s control.
4. In the event that the Reserve cancels a booking, the Reserve may propose an alternative date acceptable to the Customer, or if not possible, make a full refund.
5. Hampshire County Council and the Reserve shall have no liability to the Customer if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations under this contract or from carrying on its business directly or indirectly by any acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to; adverse weather conditions, acts of God, malicious damage, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of the Reserve or any other party).
Data Protection
The personal data you provide will be treated in accordance with Data Protection Legislation. Your data will only be used to process your booking and provide you with information about your booking. It will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be retained for a maximum period of 7 years from the date of your booking. The legal basis for our use of this information is Performance of a Public Interest task.
